Veil

“Veil” is a fragment of a memory from my childhood of a crocheted blanket that had a raised diamond pattern on it. The blanket was all white and had some yellowish staining on it from age. I can remember tracing the diamond pattern as I was falling asleep, imprinting its design on my memory.
